  • Why business people are so crucial for future missions

  • From supporting to pioneering: how business people see fruit

  • Modern missions concepts and new roles for missionaries: contextualization, local leadership, the rapid rise of church planting movements, and the expatriate as coach and trainer

Workshop #2: For People in Ministry

Who should take this training?

Ministry people who already get cross-cultural ministry but lack business background or training.

What will be covered in the training?

  • The integration of business and missions in the Bible and history

  • How to develop a business idea and business plan

  • You will pitch a business plan to the class. Even if you are not sure where you want to work long-term, we encourage you to come to class having already done a little bit of research and placed some thought into your particular situation. The class will help hone your idea into a practical, workable plan.

About Dr. Juergen Kramer

Learn from a significant leader in International business and missions! Dr. Kramer leads All Nations' Business For Missions initiative, mobilizing business people to fulfill the great commission. He and his wife Monika are church planting in Hamburg. Dr. Kramer worked for Mercedes and then founded a consulting firm in 1988 with clients such as General Motors, Siemens and Lufthansa. Dr. Kramer has written several books in his specialties of Change Management, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development.
